  • Standard Support

    Standard support coverage hours are: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5pm NSW EST.

    We will respond to Standard service requests within 4 hours with resolution to most requests within one business day.


    Premium Support

    Premium support is reserved for our VIP contracted clients that pay a monthly fee for our priority services. Our contracted clients requiring urgent assistance will ALWAYS take precedence over any other support we may be offering


    Custom Service and Support Plans

    Custom service and support plans tailor our services to your specific needs. These plans may include network administration, backup verification, disaster-recovery, and preventive maintenance. Whatever your needs, we have a flexible service option for you.


    Remote Support and Monitoring

    Whether by phone, email or with a variety of communication devices and software we are able to provide support without visiting your location.
